On a request made by the Hon. State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals, Prof. Channa Jayasumana, George Steuart Health today donated 5 ECG Machines to the State Ministry, through the ‘Steuart Senehasa’ CSR initiative.
The request was made to enhance the facilities at rural hospitals in the North Western Province of the Island upon observation of an urgent requirement in these areas.
The ECG machines will strengthen the diagnostic facilities in these hospitals and assist in saving invaluable lives through early detection of cardiac conditions.
